Rainwater Tank · Resident tool
What the business owns, what it owes, and what is left for the owner — on the date you choose. Equipment and owner's funds fill in from your Build Ledger. Loans calculate their own repayments and interest.
Residents keep a live balance sheet for the business:
Resident access required to fill in and save.
Assets. Current assets turn into cash within 12 months.
Paid, one-off items. Tick the ones the business still owns.
Liabilities. Current liabilities fall due within 12 months.
Enter each loan once. The sheet works out the repayment, the balance on the date above, the part due in the next 12 months, and the interest.
Equity. What would be left for the owner if everything were sold and every debt paid.
This is a planning picture built from what you enter in CBB. Take your bank statements and this sheet to your accountant for the formal accounts.
